MILEAGE

$2.00 per mile covers ALL Time, Tolls, and Travel, 

because it can take 1 hour to drive just 20 miles.

I primarily work in the Dallas area, but if you happen to be in Fort Worth and your hospital is in Dallas, then the distance from my office to your home and back to the hospital is an extensive distance.  There is always an option of having UBER take you to the Hospital where I can meet you there, so to help save on the costs of mileage.

All my rates are clearly listed here on my website; simply because I understand the frustration we all feel when the final charge is 2 or 3 times the anticipated budget.

The only thing to be aware of, is if you choose to use

a credit card, instead of a check, cash or money order, 

SQUARE does have an additional charges of 3.50%-5.0%.

 

                         

            Be sure and schedule Your Appointment Now,

because with shift sometimes being 12 hour or 24 hours,

I will only be able to except 3-4 Appointments per week,

so that I will be well rested for each patient.
